2025 Vaccine Updates (as of 12/16/2025)
-We continue to have all routine childhood vaccines and we do NOT anticipate interruption in supply at this time. We follow the AAP vaccine schedule, including the birth dose of hepatitis B.
-The RSV vaccine is available for infants under 8 months old as of October 1st.
-Injectable flu vaccines are currently available. Flu vaccines can be given at well visits, sick visits, and at flu clinics (which can be scheduled through MyChart). We are out of FluMist for the season
-We have the Moderna Covid vaccine for kids ages 6 months and above. Covid vaccines can be given at well visits and flu/vaccine appointments.
Our Vaccine Philosophy
Our practice believes that all children should receive the recommended vaccines according to the guidelines provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Decades of research have shown that vaccines are safe and effective in preventing diseases and health complications in children and young adults. Regular vaccinations help children ward off infections, and are administered as one of the safest and best methods of disease prevention. If you have questions or concerns about vaccines, we are happy to discuss them at your child's next visit.
Our Vaccine Policy
We, at Child and Adolescent Health Associates, require patients to be up-to-date on all school-required vaccines. We follow the vaccine schedule as recommended by the AAP. Please reference the links below. If you are unable to follow these guidelines, we will ask you to find another health care provider.
